Overview

Every product PepsCo sells is digital, which means "delivery" means an email landing in your inbox, an account being activated, or a calendar invite hitting your calendar — not a parcel arriving at your door. This page explains exactly what to expect for each product type.

Delivery timing

Across the last 12 months, our average delivery time for instant products is 9 seconds from successful payment. In rare cases — high traffic, an email provider delay, or a payment that needs manual review — delivery can take up to a few hours. If you haven't received anything after 30 minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact support.

Time zones for live events

The Online Consultation and Virtual Event Pass both involve scheduled, live components. Booking links and event times are shown in your local time zone based on your browser settings wherever possible; confirmation emails also state the time in UTC to avoid any ambiguity. Recordings are made available afterward for both products in case the live time doesn't work for you.

Missing or failed delivery

If an order confirms but the access email never arrives:

  1. Check spam, promotions, and any email filters tied to "pepsco.store."
  2. Wait 30 minutes — occasional delivery delays happen, especially right after a large product launch.
  3. Email support@pepsco.store with your order number. We'll resend manually, usually within the hour during support hours.

If a product genuinely cannot be delivered (for example, a technical incompatibility that can't be resolved), you're covered under our refund policy.

No physical shipping

PepsCo does not ship anything physically, anywhere. There are no shipping costs, no customs forms, no delivery addresses to provide, and no carrier tracking numbers — for any product in the catalog, in any country.
