Refund Policy
Digital goods can't be "returned" the way a physical product can — so here's exactly what's refundable, and what isn't, before you buy.
Overview
Because every PepsCo product is delivered electronically and most are usable the moment they arrive, our refund rules differ from a typical physical-goods return policy. This page lays out, product by product, what qualifies for a refund and what doesn't — so there are no surprises either way.
The general rule
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, because there's no way to "return" a license key, a downloaded file, or a completed consultation. That said, we will always refund you for:
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A product that failed to deliver and that our support team couldn't fix or resend.
- A genuine technical incompatibility we can't resolve (for example, software that won't run on a supported operating system after troubleshooting).
Refund eligibility by product

How to request a refund
Email support@pepsco.store with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the request. Most refund decisions are made within one business day — no multi-week back-and-forth.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank; PayPal refunds are usually instant to 3 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first — most things get resolved faster through support than through a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and any active memberships while the dispute is investigated.
