PepsCo Digital ("PepsCo," "we," "us") operates pepsco.store and the digital products sold through it. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse the site or buy a product, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to every product listed in our catalog — Digital Services, Online Consultation, Software License, Digital Download, Membership Access, E-Learning Course, Cloud Storage Plan, Virtual Event Pass, Premium Subscription, and Creative Assets Pack.

• Name and email address, when you check out, contact support, or subscribe to updates.
• Billing details such as billing address and the last four digits of your card, passed to us by our payment processor — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Any content you submit through the contact form, including messages, order numbers, and attachments you choose to send.
• Account credentials, for products that require a login (memberships, subscriptions, the e-learning course platform).

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location (city-level), used for fraud prevention and analytics.
• Pages viewed, time on page, and referral source, collected through standard analytics cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Deliver the product you purchased — sending license keys, download links, login credentials, or booking confirmations.
• Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Respond to support requests and refund inquiries.
• Send order confirmations, renewal reminders, and — only if you opted in — product updates and occasional discount codes.
• Understand which products and pages are working, so we can improve the catalog and the checkout experience.

Cookies & tracking

pepsco.store uses essential cookies (to keep your cart and session working) and analytics cookies (to understand site traffic). You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect checkout functionality. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles for third-party ad networks.

Payment processing

All payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. When you check out, your card details go directly to the processor — PepsCo's systems never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. We retain only the transaction reference, the last four digits of the card, and the billing name needed for receipts and refund handling.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the store, including payment processing, transactional email delivery, cloud hosting for the storage plan and course platform, and basic web analytics. Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its specific function and is contractually required to protect it.

Data retention

We keep order and billing records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years). Account information for memberships and subscriptions is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation, in case you return or have a billing dispute. Support emails are retained for up to 3 years for quality and training purposes.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal and accounting retention obligations.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting support.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@pepsco.store with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

PepsCo's products are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

International users

PepsCo Digital is based in Pakistan, and your information may be processed there and in the countries where our service providers operate, including the United States and the European Union. By using pepsco.store, you consent to this transfer of information in accordance with this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced by email to active customers.
